The Proposed Project
The Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) will be replacing the storm line headed west of the property to ensure the integrity of the stormwater system before the start of the 2026-2027 de-icing season. The project will also include the installation of new valves and an infiltration basin of approximately 6,400 meters squared to better manage stormwater flows, reduce pressure on the system, and help prevent flooding during heavy rainfall and snowmelt events.
