YMX Mirabel – Expansion of a logistics hub building – Public Comment Period

September 9, 2026 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

ADM Aéroports de Montréal will acquire an industrial building of approximately 2,322 m2 located on lots PC-42669 and 6 435 838 at YMX Mirabel and wishes to increase its surface area by 2,300 m2. The current and future use of the building is of a logistical nature. It is currently used to receive, inspect, prepare and store equipment from various suppliers for Airbus Atlantic. The expansion of this building will allow Airbus Atlantic to increase its logistics capacity to meet its growing needs.
