July 15, 2026 — The authorities must decide whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

The Proposed Project

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing a project. Several breaches and openings created by wildlife must be sealed and filled with clay to ensure the integrity of the structure and maintain the water level in the pond at Nicolet Munitions Experimental Test Centre (METC).
