Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period
July 9 – The federal authorities intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the federal authorities are inviting public comments until August 9, 2026 respecting that determination. Due to the change in project scope the public comment period was re-opened for an additional 30 days.
