Notice of termination

Ottawa — June 22, 2026 — The Minister of the Environment, Climate Change and Nature terminated the impact assessment for the Amisk Hydroelectric Project (the project) pursuant to section 73 of the Impact Assessment Act. On April 30, 2026, AHP Development Corporation requested that the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada withdraw the project from the impact assessment process.
