The Proposed Project
One Arrow First Nation is proposing to upgrade the community's existing water treatment plant (WTP) facility. The project involves structural and finishing improvements to the existing building, replacement of internal mechanical, pumping, and electrical equipment, installation of a new gravity sewer main, construction of a new concrete truck fill pad adjacent to the WTP, and decommissioning of the existing raw water storage reservoir and backwash water pond, including removal and disposal of existing piping materials and grading of the site to promote drainage.
