Proposed Project

Red Pheasant Cree Nation is continuing to develop and lease properties within the Eagle Landing Development lands (Red Pheasant Reserve No. 108) located on the east side of Territorial Drive bordering the City of North Battleford. The development currently consists of three parcels of land. Parcel #1 has an established gas station and convenience store which consists of gas pumps and three above ground storage tanks for gasoline and diesel. Parcel #2 has an established strip mall intended for multi-purpose tenant leasing. It also has an existing Starbucks with a drive-through operation. There is a proposed banking development with a drive-through planned in the near future.  Parcel #3 is currently a vacant property with a proposed fast food restaurant and associated drive-through planned for future development.

The Eagle Landing Development lands are tied into existing City of North Battleford sewer and water utilities. The proposed new developments will require connection to existing power, gas and telecommunication utilities.
