YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport – Construction of a hangar at Bombardier – Public Comment Period

February 26, 2026 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

Bombardier plans to build a hangar at 400, chemin de la Côte-Vertu Ouest, in Dorval (Quebec), in order to increase and strengthen its production capacities. The proposed building will be 11,705 m² in size and will include a six-position aircraft hangar, office space and a delivery area. The exterior will include aircraft and vehicle circulation areas, a parking area, and an underground retention basin.
