February 27, 2026 – The Quebec Port Autority must determine whether the proposed reconstruction of Warves 104, 105 and 106 - Port of Quebec - Anse au Foulon Sector is likely to have significant adverse environmental impacts.

To contribute to an informed decision, the Quebec Port Authority invites the public to comment on this determination. All comments received will be considered publics and may be published online.
