Tsuut'ina Bullhead Road Sewer Line Project – Public Comments Invited

February 19, 2026 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the Tsuut'ina Bullhead Road Sewer Line Project located on Tsuut'ina Nation reserve lands is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

Tsuut'ina Nation is proposing to construct a deep sanitary sewer line along Bullhead road. The proposed sewer line will service existing community buildings including the community hall, the fire station, Sarcee townsite and the museum as well as the future medical center.
