The Proposed Project

The Tchiman Center project focuses on the development of children aged 0 to 6 in the preschool environment, as well as on supporting their parents. This center is specifically aimed at families who do not attend childcare centers. The center will be built in a residential area, near a medical clinic. The project required the demolition of a 500 m2 residential building (completed). Remediation of soil contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons (petroleum tanks) will be carried out prior to the construction of the new building. There is also presence of fill of unknown origin on the site. The work will not will not require deforestation, as the site is already developed. The footprint of this project is 650 m2
