Cold Lake First Nation English Bay Gas Station Project– Public Comments Invited

January 30, 2026 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the Cold Lake First Nation English Bay Gas Station Project located on Cold Lake First Nation reserve lands is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

Cold Lake First Nations is proposing the construction of a new gas bar and convenience store.
