Environmental Assessment Decision Statement (document removed)

The Decision Statement has been removed following the February 12, 2024, Federal Court decision (Benga Mining Limited v. Canada, 2024 FC 231) which set aside the Decision Statement for the Grassy Mountain Coal Project.
