Collins Bay Institution/City of Kingston - Sewer Project – Public Comments Invited

May 25, 2021 – The Correctional Service of Canada must determine whether the proposed project Collins Bay Institution/City of Kingston - Sewer Project in Kingston, Ontario is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Correctional Service of Canada is inviting comments from the public on the project and its potential effects on the environment.

The Proposed Project

Utilities Kingston will be cleaning, inspecting and rehabilitating sewer lines using trenchless technologies. The project is located on CSC property.
