YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport – Extension of Taxiway D – Public Comment Period

December 18, 2025 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

The project involves the extension of Taxiway D to provide a taxiway parallel to Taxiway A, which services the South Runway (06R-24L), between the apron and a point away from Taxiway V. This new configuration will improve operational fluidity at YUL. In addition, the extension of Taxiway D will make it possible to carry out work for the partial rehabilitation of Taxiway A, whose surface condition requires closures for repair work.
