Notice of Intent

Proposed Pipeline from 03-15 to 14-10-043-10W5 – Public Comments Invited

December 15, 2025 – Indian Oil and Gas Canada – IOGC (the Authority) must determine whether the Proposed Pipeline from 03-15 to14-10-043-10W5 located in Sunchild Indian Reserve No. 202 is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, IOGC is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

Written comments must be submitted by January 16, 2026 to:
