Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

December 9, 2025 – The federal authorities intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the federal authorities are inviting public comments until January 9, 2026 respecting that determination.
