Notice of Determination
Ottawa International Airport – December 2nd 2025 – The Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) and Cavanaugh Concrete Ltd. have determined that the proposed Albion Concrete Plan is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
The Ottawa International Airport Authority has reviewed the comment received during the public participation period. The concerns raised were carefully considered in the determination process. Following this review, it was confirmed that the project will not give rise to the environmental impacts identified in the comment. A determination has been made that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
The Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) and Cavanaugh Concrete Ltd. are satisfied that the carrying out of the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
Therefore, the Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) and Cavanaugh Concrete Ltd. carry out the project, exercise any power, perform any duty or function, or provide financial assistance to enable the project to be carried out in whole or in part.
