The Proposed Project

The project involves clearing approximately 30,000 m2 of forested land to construct 20 housing units, each with a footprint of 100 m2, within the community.  Physical activities include clearing, grubbing, lot grading, road construction, and utility installations. The utility hookups will be approximately 150m in length with connections to existing water and sewer infrastructure.
