Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

November 24, 2025 – The federal authorities  intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the federal authorities are inviting public comments until December 24, 2025 respecting that determination.
