Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is inviting public comments until April 24, 2025 respecting that determination.
All comments received will be considered public [and may be posted online]. For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website.

The Proposed Project
As part of the Stanley Community Pathway Project in Manitoba, the Stanley Trail Association and the City of Morden are proposing to build a multi-use pathway along the north edge of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) Morden Research and Development Centre (RDC). The proposed pathway is approximately 1600 meters in length and 3 meters wide.
