Lot Development and Construction of 6 Housing Units on Missanabie Cree First Nation - Notice of Terminated Assessment

November 18, 2025 - Indigenous Services Canada has terminated the assessment of the proposed Lot Development and Construction of 6 Housing Units on Missanabie Cree First Nation due to project completion. Indigenous Services Canada did not have the opportunity to review the project prior to its completion.  As a result there was no opportunity to assess the project against the Impact Assessment Act (IAA) requirements, recommend or review mitigation measures and/or best management practices, or confirm that all necessary regulatory approvals were obtained.
