Air Canada Flight Ops Simulator Extension– Public Comments Invited

November 13, 2025 – The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) must determine whether the proposed Air Canada Flight Ops Simulator Extension Project located at Toronto Pearson International Airport is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the GTAA is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public. The Proposed Project: Air Canada Flight Ops Simulator Extension

This project involves the following:

Constructing a new Flight Simulator building at 2025 Logistics Drive. The new building will be approximately 13,803 square meters, 4 floors with a bridge connection on the 3rd floor to the existing training centre building. The building will accommodate Cabin Crew training, Pilot training, Medical Clinic and a Cafeteria and a new parking area.
