September 25th 2025 - The Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority must determine whether the proposed Port of Oshawa - Ready-mix Concrete Plant, located in Oshawa, Ontario is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.
