The Proposed Project
The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing a project. This project aims to assess, design, and construct a new higher capacity water tower near the location of the existing structure at 5 Canadian Division Support Base (CDSB) Gagetown. Upon successful commissioning of the new tower, the existing water tower will be decommissioned and demolished. The project will be executed in four key phases:
Document Review and Site Selection – Evaluation of existing documentation and identification of the optimal site for the new tower.
Site Investigations and Conceptual Design – Conducting site-specific studies and developing initial design concepts.
Detailed Design – Finalizing engineering designs and preparing construction documentation.
Implementation – Construction of the new water tower.
