Notice of Termination

Ottawa — August 14, 2025 — The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (IAAC) decided, on August 12, 2025, to terminate the environmental assessment of the Cape Ray Gold Project pursuant to subsection 181(3) of the Impact Assessment Act. On August 5, 2025, AuMEGA Metals Ltd. notified IAAC that it will not be able to provide the information or studies required for the project's environmental assessment within the legislated time limit, which was previously extended to August 28, 2025.
