The Royal Canadian Mounted Police must determine whether the proposed Norway House Dock Removal, located in Norway House, MB, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public. For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website.

The Proposed Project:

This project will encompass all of the work required to remove an existing dock which has met its functional life expectancy. This includes site preparation, deconstruction of the structure and foundation, connections, as well as any required landscaping and grading to the ground after the removal of the dock and it's foundations. There is no plan to replace the dock with a new one so there is no footprint size after the dock has been removed.
