The Proposed Project

The primary objective of this project is to build a new modular detachment on leased land in Montreal Lake, SK. The project scope includes design and construction of a 761 m2 detachment building including all specifications, rooms, and functional areas required. The construction phase is estimated at approximately 24 months including site works, construction and commissioning, plus an additional 2 months for fit up. Occupancy is expected in early 2028. Site construction is to be completed on current non developed land. Mitigation measures will be utilized to confirm no impacts to the environment, including a wildlife and ecological on-site survey.
