The Proposed Project

The primary objective of this project consists of a renovation/expansion to the existing detachment in Southend, SK. The project scope includes design and construction of a 691 m2 detachment building (approximately 300 m2 of new construction) including all specifications, rooms, and functional areas required. The construction phase of the project is estimated at approximately 21 months including fit-up and placement of transportable cells, site works, construction and commissioning, plus an additional month for fit-up. Final occupancy is expected in late Fall of 2028. Potential to disturb environmentally impacted soil during construction activities. Mitigation measures will be implemented if impacted soil is encountered.
