The Public Services and Procurement Canada must determine whether the Place George-V Restoration Works - Quebec City is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Public Services and Procurement Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The proposed project:

Public Services and Procurement Canada wishes to proceed with the restoration of Place George-V located across the Quebec Armoury in order to fulfill its functions and better service the needs of its users in accordance with the obligations of Heritage Conservation and Commemoration. The project includes the construction of a commemorative walkway, the rehabilitation of ground surface coverings and the addition of utility infrastructures needed to improve the site's functionality during events.
