In accordance with subsection 86(1) of the Impact Assessment Act, the Commission of the Canada Energy Regulator (Commission) must determine whether the portion of the Hydro One Network Inc.'s Application to Perform Insulator Replacement Work Impacting International Power Lines L33P and L34P (Project) located on federal lands is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

The Commission will consider comments received from the public in making its determination.
