ACE Casino Parking Lot Expansion - Public Comments Invited

May 2, 2025 - The Calgary Airport Authority must determine whether the proposed ACE Casino Parking Lot Expansion, located in Calgary, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Calgary Airport Authoirty is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

The proposed work is a 91,600 square feet (8,515 square meter) parking lot expansion, to the east of existing parking lot, at the YYC ACE casino. Project is located at 40 Aero Cres. NE, in Deerfoot North Aviation Park. This parking lot expansion was part of the original site grading and storm water design. The existing infrastructure, including the oil-grit separator, has been installed to account for the additional surface water runoff from this expansion. This work is being carried out to better accommodate customer needs.
