The Proposed Project

The project involves relocating the west drop-off area, currently located inside the ground floor of the P4 multi-level parking lot, to an area located along the south façade of the parking lot.

This space will be used for car rental companies. The P4 multi-level parking garage, that opened in February 2024, provides the necessary spaces for rental car companies (offices, parking spaces) to continue their activities. In addition, being located close to the terminal, the P4 parking lot allows them to offer the same quality of service to their customers.

The relocation of the drop-off area involves the following main works, covering a total area of 1,800 m2:

  1. Construction of an asphalt traffic lane along the south wall of the P4 parking lot, between Albert-de-Niverville Boulevard and Stuart-Graham Boulevard, to allow drivers to circulate and park to disembark passengers.
  2. Construction of a sidewalk at the edge of the parking lot and a pedestrian corridor inside the building to allow for the safe flow of passengers between the drop-off area and the P4 shuttle waiting area.
  3. Canopy and lighting installations for the protection and safety of passengers.

The work is due to start in June 2024.
