Notice of intent to make a determination

Heart Lake Water Treatment Plant and Intake Design – Public Comments Invited

March 11, 2025 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine that Heart Lake Water Treatment Plant and Intake Design located in Heart Lake First Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
