Airside Pavement Repairs at Edmonton International Airport – Public Comments Invited
February 5, 2025 –Edmonton Regional Airports Authority must decide whether the proposed Airside Pavement Repairs Project located at the Edmonton International Airport is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this decision, Edmonton Regional Airports Authority is inviting comments from the public on the project and its potential effects on the environment. All comments received will be considered public [and may be posted online]. For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website.

The Proposed Project
The Airside Pavement Repairs Project will rehabilitate existing airside infrastructure at the Edmonton International Airport. The scope includes but not limited to: earthworks, concrete removal and repaving. The total rehabilitation area will be over 1,000 square meters with locations of work taking place at or around:
- Taxiway A
- Taxiway O
- Taxiway Q
- Taxiway V
- Stands 49A to 49C
