To help inform a determination on whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects, and to assist the Federal Authorities in making a decision on whether or not to approve the proposed project, the Nanaimo Port Authority, Transport Canada and Department of Fisheries and Ocean are inviting comments from the public.
