December 23, 2024 – Housing Infrastructure Communities Canda must determine whether the proposed Multi-use Pathway project in Whitecap IR No. 94, SK is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Housing Infrastructure Communities Canda is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments will be considered public. The proposed Project

The Whitecap Dakota First Nation is proposing the development of a community wide trail system. The project will include the construction of approximately 2,700 m of multi-use and recreational trail connecting the community to residential subdivisions, commercial and resort areas, school and health care facilities, and recreational districts.
