Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Extension of Public Comment Period

November 28, 2024– The federal authorities intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the federal authorities are inviting public comments until December 28, 2024 respecting that determination.
