Notice of Determination

Québec – November 15, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada has determined that the proposed project "Lot development - IL 2024-2027" located in Pessamit is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

This determination is based on the following considerations:

• Avoid destruction of wetlands
• Integrate watercourse and wetland management structures
• Consider soil and air protection
• Maintain good waste management

Indigenous Services Canada is satisfied that that the carrying out of the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

Therefore, Indigenous Services Canada may carry out the project, exercise any power, perform any duty or function, or provide financial assistance to enable the project to be carried out in whole or in part.
