November 15th, 2024  Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH), Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Fish and Fish Habitat Protection Program (DFO-FFHPP) and Transport Canada (TC) must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this dertermination, Fisheries and Oceans Canada and Transport Canada invite the public to submit any comments on this matter within 30 days of the publication of this notice. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.
