Expansion of a plant – Public Comments Invited

October 31, 2024 – The Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and Farm Credit Canada (FCC) must determine whether the proposed expansion of a plant, located at Industrial Way, Vineland, New Jersey, USA, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the authorities are inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

Bridor Inc. is requesting financing from BDC and FCC for the expansion of its plant located at 2260 Industrial Way, Vineland, New Jersey, USA. The site is approximately 66,085 m2 in size and is currently occupied by the plant of 13,006 m2. To build the expansion, trees have been removed and excavation work completed.

The total footprint of the expansion will be approximately 6,225 m2. It will be used for the addition of the new production line, which is the manufacturing of bakery products.
