July 24, 2026 – Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada and Transport Canada must determine whether the proposed Erosion Protection Project, located in Nova Scotia, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada and Transport Canada are inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.
