Notice of intent to make a determination

O'Chiese First Nation Former Landfills Closure and Remediation Plan– Public Comments Invited

June 7, 2024, – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the O'Chiese First Nation Former Landfills Closure and Remediation Plan located in O'Chiese First Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
