Québec – May 28, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada has determined that the proposed Residential development phase III in Nutashkuan is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

This determination was based on a consideration of the following factors:

• Surface water protection
• Fish Habitat Protection
• Wetland
• Soil protection
• Air protection
• Well-being and safety of the population
