Potlotek First Nation – Chapel Road Housing Development – Public Comments Invited
April 12, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Potlotek First Nation – Chapel Road Housing Development, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project
The project includes the construction of three homes and a driveway 45m x 9m. The project footprint will be 1535m2 on undeveloped lands. Project activities include grubbing and leveling of the site and lateral connections for water and wastewater services.
