Hi Kim, 

On behalf of the Committee, they would like to receive whatever information is ready to go on October 
31st, while also granting the extension of two weeks for the rest of the material to come in by November 
14th, on the proposed Focus Area as requested. 

The Committee will provide an update on the proposed Focus Area once they come to that decision at 
the end of the month.

Subject: Request for Extension of Deadline for DFO Submission

Hi Catherine,

We've received two requests for extension of the deadline to submit DFO data and information.  I think 
an extension of two weeks would suffice (including approvals), so that would be November 14.  If the RA 
Committee is agreeable, would you prefer that we send one package on November 14 or send what we 
have as of October 31, then send the rest on November 14?

Also, I assume there's no update on the Focus Area, so we'll continue compiling information within the 
proposed Focus Area.
