The Royal Canadian Mounted Police must determine whether the proposed Parking lot replacement at RCMP Detachment in Innisfail, Alberta, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public. For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website.

The Proposed Project

The RCMP is proposing to replace two parking lots designated for staff (1325m2) and visitor parking (275m2) at the Innisfail, Alberta Detachment. Project will involve the removal of current asphalt and bollards, re-grading of parking area, replacement of asphalt and bollards, and painting of parking lot for stalls and designated parking.
