Pasqua First Nation New Spray Park project – Public Comments Invited
June 21, 2023 – Infrastructure Canada must determine whether the proposed Pasqua First Nation New Spray Park project, located on Pasqua 79 is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
To help inform this determination, Infrastructure Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project
This project aims to create a new recirculating spray park directly on Pasqua First Nation No 79 reserve land. The site is estimated to serve approximately 800 children within the Pasqua First Nation. The selected site is a 5,000 m2 of undeveloped grassland, which requires minimal intervention to create the new spray park for the community.
