The proposed project
Seaspan ULC is proposing to repositioned two camel floats within their waterlot at 10 Pemberton Ave, North Vancouver, BC (the "Project"). The floats would be repositioned to the southern end of the existing moorage area. The Project would require relocation of one existing cantilevered 1219 mm (48") diameter steel pile and the installation of two additional 1219 mm cantilevered steel piles. The existing southernmost center tie-up pile may need to be repositioned within two metres of its existing position to accommodate the relocated camels. A marine derrick and a vibratory hammer would be used for pile extraction and installation.
