Study Plans and Work Plans Submitted by Webequie First Nation for the Project and the Federal Comments

For various valued components to be assessed in the Proponent's Impact Statement, as set out in the Tailored Impact Statement Guidelines (the Guidelines), the Proponent submitted study plans and work plans for review by the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada. The Guidelines require that the Proponent create study plans and work plans for validation by the Agency. The Proponent submitted both plans within a single document for each topic. The federal comments provided on the plans clarify expectations for the assessment, as set out in the Guidelines, to assist the Proponent. The Agency expects the Proponent to address the federal comments through its assessment work and reflect its approaches to the work in the Impact Statement.
